Support Guide
Payments in United States Dollars (USD)
At this time, we currently support PayMe + eMail Payments in United States Dollars. Payments can be made by setting up an Venmo or Zelle contact with “payme@liangmartin.com” as the e-mail contact. In the event that a passcode is required, please email the passcode along with the transfer number to “payme@liangmartin.com”.
We currently support Venmo, Zelle, and ACH Transfers (please contact for further information)
Payments in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
At this time, we currently support PayMe + eMail Payments for Canadian Dollars. Payments can be made by setting up an Interac e-Transfer with “payme@liangmartin.com” as the e-mail contact. Auto-deposit is supported with select banking institutions. In the event that a passcode is required, please email the passcode along with the transfer number to “payme@liangmartin.com”.
We currently support Interac e-Transfer (our preferred settlement method for Canadian Dollars), WISE, and Bank Transfer (please contact for further information).
Payments in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)

At this time, we currently support PayMe + QR and PayMe + eMail Payments in Hong Kong Dollars. Please email payme@liangmartin.com for more information on paying with Hong Kong Dollars using Octopus Card Hong Kong or WeChat Pay HK.

PayMe is backed by some of the industry’s most secure and protective standards, to back your payments securely. On our end, we work with our industry partners to ensure that our email supports the latest data standards for security and privacy. We are proud to back all payments with our Digital Security Guarantee, which ensures that up to CA$5 of your payment can be returned to you in the unlikely event of a payment issue (as defined in our terms and conditions). To submit a claim, please email hello@liangmartin.com to file a claim. Please provide proof required as listed in our terms and conditions. Allow for up to 28 business days (up to six months for claims made in HKD or RMB) for a claim to be processed.
